Lucid Computing is a small team building verifiable compute infrastructure, seeking an Operations professional to help run all aspects of the business. This role offers growth potential and will shape responsibilities and compensation for the right candidate.

You will own calendars and travel for the founding team, coordinate with finance on expenses, manage the office and on-boarding, plan offsites, and drive standalone projects. The role is based in San Francisco with room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Own calendars, scheduling, and travel for the founding team with complex coordination.
• Coordinate with finance on expenses, invoices, receipts, and bookkeeping hygiene.
• Own the office and in-person experience, onboarding and supplies for new hires.
• Plan offsites and team events, including investor or customer visits.
• Take on standalone projects, research, vendor comparisons, and process docs.
