Job summary

Helicon is seeking a hands-on operations leader to own strategic projects directly with the CEO/CTO. You will coordinate with software teams to inform the operating system for our physical operations and design scalable, data-driven processes that optimize workflows.

You will build relationships with external partners, manage the delivery of equipment and materials for the buildout of factory 1, and help shape a fast-moving, non-bureaucratic environment where decisions are made with clear data.
