Job summary

Midwest Technical Institute seeks a Director of Operational Learning & Development to build the organization’s learning function across six campuses. You will diagnose training gaps, design scalable programs, and drive business growth from the ground up, blending strategic roadmapping with hands-on workshops for staff.

You will own the tech stack, partner with executives, measure outcomes with KPIs, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives spanning multiple locations, including occasional remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in organizational learning or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy to implementation.
• Proven success developing leadership programs and measuring impact with data.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the L&D function across multiple campuses.
• Translate business objectives into measurable training initiatives.
• Design and implement LMS tools and scalable content.
• Deliver live and virtual training and coach staff.
