Job summary

August Bioservices seeks a highly organized leader to establish and run the company’s continuous improvement program for a rapidly scaling sterile injectable manufacturing operation.

The role drives cross-functional readiness across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Training, Technical Operations and Maintenance, ensuring scheduled execution and governance, reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in complex operations with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to implement operational management systems and accountability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the continuous improvement program across functions.
• Develop readiness reviews to ensure prerequisites for execution are met.
• Coordinate staffing, training, materials, documentation and equipment readiness.
• Drive alignment of scheduling, staffing, material availability and capabilities.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation before operational impact occurs.
• Create escalation mechanisms for readiness gaps and delays.
• Develop dashboards and management reporting on adherence and performance.
