Job summary

August Bioservices seeks a highly organized, systems-oriented leader to establish and run the company’s continuous improvement program across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. This role ensures readiness, schedule adherence, and execution discipline to support a rapidly scaling sterile injectable manufacturing organization.

The leader coordinates cross-functional teams, drives 5S, Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma, and creates governance and dashboards to track performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Basic Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in complex operational environments with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Proven success leading cross-functional execution and readiness initiatives.
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the company’s continuous improvement program and cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop readiness reviews ensuring prerequisites for execution are complete before start.
• Coordinate staffing, training, materials, documentation, equipment readiness, and quality support.
• Drive alignment of scheduling, staffing, materials, and operational capabilities.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation; establish escalation for readiness gaps.
• Create and maintain operational cadences and visibility through dashboards.
