Qualifications
- PhD/PhD for Scientist preferred; minimum BS in Life Sciences or Medical Sciences.
- 5+ years experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety.
- Pharmacovigilance experience in Safety Evaluation and Risk Management.
- Experience with Signal Detection and safety surveillance.
- Knowledge of international pharmacovigilance requirements (ICH, GVP, CIOMS).
Responsibilities
- Leads PV safety governance and risk management strategy.
- Leads safety component of global regulatory submissions.
- Analytical skills for literature review and data synthesis.
- Represent GSK on cross-functional Clinical Matrix Teams.
- Lead process improvements to enhance compliance and quality.
- Prepare for inspections and audits.
