GSK is seeking a pharmacovigilance leader to drive safety evaluation and risk management across a portfolio of assets. You will guide safety governance, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and support global regulatory submissions with rigorous data interpretation.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex safety issues in a matrix environment. Hybrid work in the United States is offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience (5+ years) in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety in pharma/biotech.
• Significant pharmacovigilance experience relating to Safety Evaluation and Risk Management.
• Experience with Signal Detection and safety surveillance.
• Knowledge of international pharmacovigilance requirements (ICH, GVP) and drug development.

Responsabilités

• Leads Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management Planning and strategy for cross‑portfolio safety.
• Leads safety component of global regulatory submissions and risk‑reduction plans.
• Provides expert evaluation, literature review, data synthesis, and interpretation.
• Demonstrates multi‑tasking, prioritisation, and timely delivery on safety issues.
• Engages in cross‑functional teams to address safety issues and improve processes.
