Pfizer is seeking a Head of Oncology Medical Affairs Business Operations to lead day-to-day operations for the Chief Oncology Medical Officer and align cross-functional teams across Medical Affairs, Oncology, Research, Development, and Commercial functions.

You will drive annual and longer-range planning, governance, and resource management while accelerating evidence generation and organizational enablement to advance oncology priorities and patient outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with extended experience.
• Experience in biopharma, healthcare, Medical Affairs, or R&D operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix.
• Strong executive communication, planning, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day business operations for the Chief Oncology Medical Officer and coordinate key meetings, Deliverables and actions.
• Steer annual and long-range business planning with clear milestones and risk tracking.
• Set operating rhythm for the leadership team, including governance, reviews, and offsites.
• Coordinate high-priority initiatives across Global, Regional, and Country Medical Affairs and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee resource and FTE planning to align with strategic priorities and capacity.
• Partner on workforce planning, succession, and organizational effectiveness with People Experience.
• Develop executive communications and briefs with Pfizer Communications for aligned messaging.
• Promote AI-enabled, responsible, efficient working practices and process simplification.
