Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Office & Facilities leader to establish and run the new function. You will oversee office operations, real estate planning, and budget oversight across multiple locations, while managing vendors and driving facilities strategy.

You’ll support people, culture initiatives and ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met in a hybrid or distributed work environment. A high standard of operational excellence is expected.

Qualifications

• Eight years of office management or facilities management across multiple locations.
• Lease management, broker relationships, and real estate coordination experience.
• Budget ownership including invoices, PCard, and CapEx proposals.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience supporting hybrid or distributed workforces.
• IFMA CFM, FMP, or similar certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the newly formed Office & Facilities function.
• Manage office operations, real estate and facilities planning.
• Oversee financial management and budget oversight.
• Handle office vendor and supplier management.
• Support people and culture initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met.

Education

High school diploma

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field (preferred)
