Job summary

Postman is seeking a Principal Offensive Security Engineer to own the strategic direction of the offensive security program, including building an Offensive AI Security capability. You will partner with CISO leadership to shape threat-informed defense and drive AI-specific risk management.

You will lead a team to demonstrate vulnerabilities through live exploits, scale autonomous testing, and integrate continuous validation into CI/CD, influencing product security across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in offensive security with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build and scale an offensive security program.
• Experience attacking AI/ML systems and building tooling.
• Ability to articulate risk to executives and boards.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and API security.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year offensive security roadmap and build AI security practice.
• Lead adversarial campaigns against AI deployments and model pipelines.
• Build autonomous testing platforms and integrate with CI/CD.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers.
