Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral-level degree in a closely related field required.
• Three to five years of leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health.
• Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and neurodevelopmental care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ongoing support to New Directions program staff and interns.
• Oversee daily operations, clinical programming, and adherence to standards.
• Develop and evaluate services based on patient needs and outcomes.
• Recruit, train, and develop program staff while ensuring documentation quality.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy, and other leaders to support master treatment plans.
• Engage in treatment-planning meetings and interdisciplinary conferences.
