Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in network engineering or network software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced network automation and intelligence solutions.
• Own platform architecture decisions: source of truth, CI/CD, orchestration, observability integration, and agent/AI platforms.
• Manage a team of engineers, provide mentorship and foster an inclusive culture.
• Develop a scalable skills framework and enablement programs to extend automation beyond the core team.
