Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking a senior engineering leader to own the data platform and data quality at scale. You will guide Native Data, Waterfall Enrichment, and Scraping & Extension teams across geographies, building systems that ingest, enrich, and validate data used by millions of users.

As a member of the Executive Staff, you will shape long-term data strategy, balance build versus buy decisions, and align data quality with revenue outcomes in a fast-moving AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale data or distributed systems teams.
• Strong background in data architecture and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering strategy for Apollo's core data platform.
• Lead and grow Data, Waterfall Enrichment, and Scraping & Extension teams.
• Scale Native Data team and optimize data coverage and freshness.
