Job summary

Istonish is seeking a visionary Vice President of Managed Technology Services to lead our growing technology team and advance end-to-end IT solutions for a diverse set of clients, including state and local public sector.

You will shape operations, delivery frameworks (ITIL, SDLC, Agile), and drive AI strategies while partnering with executive leadership to ensure reliability, scalability, and profitability across internal and client environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership in an MSP or services-driven organization.
• Strong background in IT operations, delivery frameworks, security, and governance.
• Experience driving process optimization and workforce efficiency at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Engineering, Development, Service Desk, and Field Services.
• Own day-to-day IT operations for internal systems and client environments.
• Architect operational standards, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Drive AI-enabled automation and optimization initiatives across platforms.
