Slope is seeking a Head of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) to lead the MRO function for our products in Costa Mesa, CA. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of MRO experience in the aviation industry.

The role includes establishing the MRO organization, collaborating with production teams, and overseeing repair processes to ensure operational readiness.

Competitive salary range is $220,000 — $292,000 USD, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined experience in aircraft systems/components MRO, sustainment, operations, and customer support.
• Ability to travel 25-75% of the time.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run the MRO function for Anduril products.
• Design and build the MRO organization including staffing and processes.
• Collaborate closely with Production for material support.
