Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a visionary Director of Product, Mobile to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for CLEAR’s mobile app. You will shape it into an intelligent, trusted travel companion that guides members through preparation, real-time navigation, and disruptions.

The role leads a growing product team and drives measurable outcomes in adoption, activation, engagement, and retention, while connecting digital capabilities to airport operations, partner services, and member relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with significant experience building and scaling consumer mobile products.
• Proven ability to set an inspiring product vision, identify strategic bets, and sequence work.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing product managers or teams, including as a player-coach.

Responsibilities

• Establish CLEAR’s Mobile app strategic vision and roadmap aligned with enterprise goals and member needs.
• Own the mobile product portfolio end to end across iOS and Android.
• Transform the app into an intelligent travel companion for preparation, navigation, and disruption support.
• Define proactive, context-aware experiences translating real-time conditions into useful actions.
• Extend the app’s value beyond the airport to drive return visits and stronger relationships.
• Be accountable for adoption, activation, engagement, retention, and membership goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing product team and scale as scope grows.
• Create a durable operating model with analytics, experimentation, reliability, and accessibility.
• Use research and analytics to guide deep exploration, learning, and appropriate trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Security, and partners.
