Lowe’s, a Fortune 50 company, is seeking a Mobile Engineering Leader in Charlotte/Mooresville to guide design, development, and deployment of enterprise software solutions. You will oversee the mobile tech stack, drive DevOps excellence, and shape the roadmap for a portfolio of applications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
• 8 years of IT experience
• 8 years of experience in software engineering or related field
• 8 years of experience with SDLC implementations
• 3 years of experience leading project or technical teams with or without formal direct report responsibility

Responsabilidades

• Leads Mobile Engineering team in support of achieving the company’s mission and fosters an inclusive environment.
• Manages engineering services in design, build, and maintenance of solutions; translates business requirements into designs and code modules.
• Influences engineering practices; conducts code reviews and resolves defects at code and platform levels.
• Leverages DevOps tools to deliver products and observability for improvement opportunities.
• Partners with scrum teams to align capacity and increase velocity; reduce sprint spillover.
• Builds relationships with internal customers, vendors, and senior management for alignment and support.
• Resolves escalated issues during development, configuration, and modification of solutions.
• Designs solutions with microservice architecture and API integration.
• Partners with product teams to inform priorities across products and services.
• Contributes to budgeting and forecasting; coordinates plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
• Manages multiple services and coordinates with technology teams and stakeholders.
• Leads through all development phases ensuring adherence to company standards and controls.
• Educates teams on SOPs, OKRs, and operationalization of services.
