Hover is seeking an engineering leader to own the mobile capture platform across iOS, Android, and React Native, shaping the architecture, performance, and developer velocity.

Qualifications

• Leadership of mobile engineering teams
• Strong technical foundation in mobile engineering and architecture
• Experience scaling mobile apps at product scale
• Commitment to reliable, observable systems
• Experience hiring and developing senior engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile engineering org across iOS, Android, and React Native
• Set technical direction for mobile product development and architecture
• Own capture infrastructure, reusable components, and product experiences
• Prioritize reliability, testing, and observability as a product feature
• Collaborate with Product and Design from inception to delivery
