Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Head of Mobile and Agentic Banking Transformation (US) to lead the product family strategy with a clear vision for value delivery. You will align multiple product owners, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with executives on portfolio decisions and financial outcomes.

The role requires extensive Agile delivery experience, CSPO certification, and leadership of enterprise-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 15+ years of product owner or Agile delivery experience.
• CSPO certification and project management experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Family strategic vision and roadmaps across multiple product groups.
• Coach and align multiple Product Owners to maximize value and outcomes.
• Partner with senior leadership on portfolio, budgets and strategic roadmaps; manage risk and governance.
