Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, preferably in high-growth SaaS or GovTech.
• Experience in building scalable delivery processes that foster innovation.
• Background in military service, particularly in Cyber / IT, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the unified delivery engine for mission enablement.
• Establish 'Rapid Response' capabilities for urgent deployments.
• Ensure operational excellence with real-time visibility into project health.
