Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a leader to drive enterprise-wide medical economics strategy, overseeing the Medical Economics Engine (MEE) development and delivering actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executive teams to define program strategy and ensure successful delivery, analytics reporting, and value improvement initiatives. This is a hybrid role with in-office hours three days a week at the designated office location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, actuarial science, healthcare economics, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in healthcare analytics, medical economics, or financial modeling analysis, or 10 years with an advanced degree.
• 7 years in a leadership capacity leading teams and collaborating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide medical economics strategy and MEE development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional executive leaders to define program strategy.
• Own the business requirements and functional strategy for all MEE components with delivery teams.
• Provide actionable insights to support cost containment and value improvement.
