Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority is seeking an experienced leader to serve as the Administrator for Program Integrity within the Office for Program Integrity. This role provides strategic direction for Medicaid FWA, audits, and data analytics and reports to the CFO.

The Administrator leads a multidisciplinary team ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. The position emphasizes collaboration with CMS, federal agencies, and state partners while overseeing budget, staff, and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience, or two years plus a related bachelor’s degree.
• Experience leading Medicaid program integrity, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Strong data analytics and risk assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for statewide program integrity, fraud, waste, and abuse efforts.
• Set priorities, develop policies, and manage performance objectives for OPI.
• Oversee investigations, audits, data analytics, and provider oversight.
• Serve as primary liaison with CMS, DOJ Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, and other partners.
