Job summary

The Agency for Health Care Administration seeks an OPS Research Assistant to support the Medicaid Program Integrity bureau's Managed Care Unit. Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to collect, organize and present data in reports and documents.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish working relationships.
