O'Connell Group, LLC is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our brand and go-to-market strategy as a member of the executive leadership team. This role will continue building the marketing strategy for a purpose-driven pet care company focused on sustainability and natural solutions.

You will own enterprise-wide marketing strategy, oversee brand, digital, shopper marketing, PR, research, and alignment with innovation and financial oversight, while growing a high-impact marketing team.
