ALCOR is a growing tech company that offers an all-in-one solution for tech product companies to build their software R&D centers from 0 to 100 developers in LATAM and Eastern Europe.

Our clients : Grammarly, BigCommerce, Ledger, Sift, People.ai, and many others.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing.

REQUIREMENTS :

A deep understanding of B2B marketing, especially within the service tech sector, is essential.

Expertise in lead generation strategies, marketing automation, and pipeline management.

Profound understanding of multichannel marketing for B2B.

Experience in A / B testing and working with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude, and / or others.

Expertise in creating compelling and consistent messaging for target audiences.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing ROI.

Residency on the East Coast of the USA is required.

SCOPE OF DUTIES : Develop and execute a lead generation-focused marketing strategy.

Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Identify and capitalize on market trends, competitor insights, and customer needs.

Strengthen the companys brand identity to support lead-generation efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Leverage digital marketing channels to drive high-quality leads.

Use analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies and report on key marketing KPIs, focusing on lead generation outcomes.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead on strategy implementation.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to ensure seamless execution of lead generation initiatives.
