Arxada is seeking a Director of Operations to lead two manufacturing sites in Modesto, CA and Helena, AR, driving safety, quality, and financial performance. You will shape site strategy, oversee capital investment, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams and functions.

The role requires a strong background in chemical manufacturing, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at all levels while delivering operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Significant leadership experience in chemical manufacturing with safety and quality accountability.
• Proven ability to lead facilities, balance cost, quality, and growth, and influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for two manufacturing sites, Modesto and Helena.
• Drive safety, environmental, quality, production, delivery, and financial metrics.
• Own site P&L, fixed costs, capital priorities, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Sponsor capital projects and lead transformation initiatives for efficiency and growth.
