Job summary

Micato Safaris is seeking an accomplished operations leader to oversee the work that turns each confirmed booking into an exceptional guest experience. This role guides people, processes, and systems across the US and destination offices in Africa and India, ensuring guest readiness before travel and smooth execution while guests are abroad.

• Ten years of progressive leadership in operations or premium service.
• Experience coordinating across multiple offices or geographies.
• Proven track record serving affluent clients with discretion and attention to detail.
• Strong history of process improvements and technology-enabled change.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, staffing and team development for departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest readiness before travel and pre-trip operations.
• Coordinate US and destination offices (Africa/India) for departures.
• Lead and develop the Operations team with clear accountability.
• Improve workflows, systems, and operating disciplines to ensure service excellence.
• Partner with executive leadership on cross-functional priorities.
