Elio seeks a Head of Product, Life Sciences to own the definition and development of its platform for the life sciences market. Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Biology or related life sciences.
- 10+ years in life sciences product management or related roles.
- Deep understanding of biology research and drug discovery workflows.
- Experience selling into pharma/biotech with lab evaluation/validation.
- Ability to author product specs when no standard exists.
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the life sciences product roadmap and priorities.
- Establish evidentiary standards and validation plans for applications.
- Lead design-partner engagements from evaluation to deployment.
- Define configurations, protocols, outputs, and performance specs for each application.
- Collaborate with optics, AI, and software teams; contribute to platform prioritization.
- Lead customer evaluations and scientific engagements at conferences.
