Sartorius North America is seeking a Product Management leader for Imaging Solutions to drive portfolio strategy, product innovation, and long-term roadmaps across instruments, software, and reagents & consumables. You will partner across functions to translate market insights into differentiated, value-driven solutions that advance technology and enable business growth.

The role requires 10+ years in product management with leadership experience, plus hands-on microscopy and image analysis

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences; MBA or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of product management or commercial experience in life science tools or related industry; 7+ years people management.
• 5+ years of hands-on microscopy and image analysis experience.
• Proven experience developing strategies and roadmaps and leading execution for life science imaging instrumentation and software portfolios.
• Strong strategic, business, and innovation acumen to identify market opportunities and develop value propositions.
• Experience using stage-gate and agile methodologies with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of product managers and product owners.
• Manage full product lifecycle across instruments, software, and reagents & consumables.
• Drive profitability and pricing strategy for existing product lines.
• Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements; shape long-term portfolio vision.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for improvements and new features.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Conduct competitive analyses and build business cases to guide development decisions.
