Lila Sciences is seeking a Director of Product Marketing, Life Sciences to own go-to-market for the life science portfolio. You will set positioning for RNA, DNA, protein, and small molecule capabilities and lead end-to-end launches with cross-functional partners.

You will translate complex AI-driven lab capabilities into credible commercial narratives for senior biopharma and R&D buyers, crafting compelling evidence and field-ready materials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product marketing, including portfolio-level ownership at a technical company.
• Track record launching complex scientific or AI products to biopharma and R&D buyers
• Working knowledge of the life science value chain, discovery through early development
• Ability to translate AI and lab automation concepts into credible commercial narratives
• Exceptionally writing, with examples aimed at scientific and executive audiences
• Proven influence across Product, Commercial, and Brand without formal authority
• Experience supporting or leading sales motions into top 20 pharma accounts

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy for the full life science product portfolio
• Define positioning for RNA, DNA, protein, and small molecule capabilities
• Lead launches end to end, from pilot framing through general availability and expansion
• Build offer constructs with Product and Commercial, including pilot scopes and access models
• Turn pilots into case studies that show measurable scientific impact
• Equip Commercial and BD with narrative decks, talk tracks, and competitive positioning
• Synthesize customer and competitive signal into prioritization recommendations for Product
