VAS Aero Services LLC in the US is seeking a Head of Legal & Compliance for the USM business. You will lead the legal and compliance function, advise the CEO and senior leaders, and manage a team of 8–10 professionals across contracts, governance, and investigations.

Qualificações

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• 15+ years' experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Experience managing a legal and compliance team.
• Admission to a US state bar in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic legal and compliance guidance to the USM business and CEO.
• Oversee contracts, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating sales, procurement and leasing.
• Lead compliance programs and trainings, export controls, ethics and investigations.
• Organise board materials and governance documentation for US entities.
• Manage disputes and coordinate with Airbus group litigation teams.

Formação académica

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
