Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Senior Leader of Training, Knowledge & Communication to build and execute high‑impact learning strategies for the Contact Center Shared Service teams across our brands. You will guide design, implementation, and review of training and knowledge programs to align with business priorities and growth.

The role manages the Learning Management System, benchmarks standards, and leads a team through hiring, coaching, and succession planning while staying current on trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 7+ years’ experience in training and content development.
• Knowledge of learning program design, instructional design, and learning technology.
• Experience with traditional and modern training methods; remote learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the roadmap of training, knowledge, and communication programs.
• Oversee design, planning, implementation and review of training and knowledge content.
• Lead the training team including hiring, onboarding, performance management and coaching.
• Stay current on learning practices and technology; manage vendor relationships.
• Own annual budget for the Training, Knowledge, and Communication organization.
