• Minimum of 10 years of land acquisition and development experience in real estate.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing land acquisitions.
• Experience managing large-scale residential or commercial development projects.
• Demonstrated leadership directing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead land acquisition from inception to completion aligned with strategic objectives.
• Identify and evaluate land opportunities via market research and networking.
• Conduct due diligence including financial analysis, zoning, and environmental assessments.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of land purchase agreements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and development teams to assess feasibility and profitability.
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting land acquisitions.
• Oversee management of acquired land assets to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership to the land acquisition team and foster continuous improvement.
