Qualifications

• 15+ years overall experience with 7+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with process improvement and inventory control.
• Solid understanding of how to build scalable IT environments.
• Experience building and leading high-performance IT teams with a progressive culture.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and evaluate current technology solutions and plan a multi-year roadmap for IT and support activities.
• Provide scalable, secure infrastructure vision using cloud and on-premise tech.
• Manage IT Infrastructure teams’ staff and budgets.
• Ensure operational reliability and alignment of IT with enterprise goals.
• Mentor IT professionals to establish career paths and goals.
• Oversee service delivery and SLAs with vendors and partners.
• Define, monitor and communicate IT metrics to management.
