Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. in Harrison, NY is seeking a senior IT leader to recruit, retain and develop an IT Field Technician and Helpdesk team, and to establish a nationwide support model.

The role oversees ITSM processes, onboarding/offboarding, and enterprise support across offices, with emphasis on cloud/on-prem balance and cost management. You will lead a large, remote-capable team, ensure high service levels, and drive ITIL/ITSM best practices, while aligning with IMA’s business roadmap

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience managing large technical teams.
• Expertise in ITIL/ITSM frameworks and process design.
• Hands-on experience with workstation deployment and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain and develop IT Field Technician and Helpdesk teams.
• Establish clear expectations, accountability, goals and development plans for leaders.
• Design, implement and operate key ITSM foundational processes.
• Provide strategic directions for Field Technician services nationwide.
• Establish a consistent nationwide field support model across offices.
• Oversee daily support activities across on-site Field Technicians and Enterprise Help Desk.
• Set processes and standards for workstation and peripheral hardware support.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost management programs aligned to business roadmap.
