Job summary

Mobius Logic, Inc. is seeking a Director of IT & Information Security to lead IT operations, cybersecurity, compliance initiatives, and technology governance for government and commercial clients.

The role combines hands‑on leadership with ownership of security programs, risk management, and audits, guiding a small IT team and collaborating with external partners to enable secure, scalable technology environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT, cybersecurity, information security, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience leading or supporting cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, or audit programs.
• Experience with security frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations and manage IT staff performance and development.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, device management, MS 365, networks, and security controls.
• Develop and maintain security and governance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Manage risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response planning.
• Coordinate audits, compliance activities, and third-party assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT and information security programs.
