RGP seeks a Senior Manager/Associate Director, Information Technology to lead and scale our IT organization as we advance lead cell therapy programs. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Operations, this role shapes technology strategy, security program, and compliance framework for a publicly traded biotech at a transformational growth stage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibility for an IT function, department, or team.
• Experience supporting a growing clinical-stage biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organization.
• Hands-on expertise managing cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure), networks, servers, cybersecurity, and end-user technologies.
• Strong knowledge of computer system validation (CSV), GxP environments, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
• Experience administering enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, ERP, eQMS, laboratory systems, and related business technologies.
• Experience managing IT budgets, software licensing, vendors, and managed service providers.
• Understanding of SOX IT controls within a publicly traded company environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead technology strategy and operations for the IT function.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud, network, server, and end-user computing environments.
• Lead and continually enhance the cybersecurity program, including identity management, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, incident response, and security awareness initiatives.
• Oversee the administration and support of key business and scientific applications (Microsoft 365, ERP, eQMS, laboratory systems).
• Directly manage and mentor IT staff while overseeing relationships with managed services and consulting partners.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, and technology investments.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to protect data.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and technology lifecycle processes.
