• ABA-accredited law degree with 4 years of investigations and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs investigations into patterns of complaints against Chicago Police Department officers.
• Coordinates with intake and other teams; manages investigation plans and staff.
• Supervises unit personnel and communicates instructions to investigative and analytics staff.
• Ensures thoroughness and objectivity in investigations; reviews findings for consistency with evidence.
