McKesson, a Fortune 10 health care leader, seeks a Director of Product, Inventory & Fulfillment Management to drive the Inventory Intelligence and Fulfillment Management lines. You will own product strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance for an SaaS platform serving thousands of pharmacy locations.

You will lead PMs, PM designers, and embedded data scientists, collaborating with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to deliver integrated platform improvements and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain, operations, analytics, data science, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, including 5+ years leading and managing product managers or blended product/data science teams.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic product direction by integrating market trends, customer needs, and adjacent innovations.
• Own roadmap commitments and balance growth with platform and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain relationships with pharmacy supply chain leadership and buyers; support pricing decisions.
