Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a senior interior design leader in Irvine, CA to drive the local practice, overseeing design, growth, profitability, staff management, and client relationships.

You will oversee finances, business development, operations, and team management; ensure all proposals and contracts are in place; review budgets and forecasts with regional operations; maintain a healthy culture while expanding market share and won work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in interior design or related field.
• Experience leading a team or studio.
• Experience developing and maintaining client relationships in the local market.
• Proven proposals experience and contract awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, growth, revenue, profitability, staff management, and client relationships for the local market.
• Oversee finances, business development, operations, and team member management.
• Ensure all client and consultant proposals and contracts are in place.
• Review and sign off on project budget reports before contract execution.
• Maintain organizational charts and review forecasts, financials, and staffing needs with the Region's operations manager.
• Maintain positive team culture, morale, and wellbeing.
