Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture is required or strongly preferred.
• Registered Interior Designer, Licensed Architect, or NCIDQ certification is preferred.
• Experience leading a team or studio is required.

• Oversee finances, business development, operations and team management for the group.
• Ensure proposals and contracts are in place for clients and consultants.
• Review and sign off on project budget reports before contract execution.
• Manage group organization charts and forecast staffing with the Region's operations manager.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on group operations and culture.
• Provide monthly business reports and participate in monthly meetings.
• Develop business and client relationships to grow market share and win work.
• Attend networking events and set up client meetings; track activities in CRM.
• Monitor workload and scheduling; address liability issues and keep communications active.
• Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit new team members.
