Job summary

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, seeks a Manager of Integrations Delivery to lead a team delivering client-facing integration services and solutions. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure a smooth sales-to-implementation transition, and focus on team development and delivery excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery; 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience integrating ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with integration platforms and concepts (APIs, middleware, iPaaS like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Understanding of delivery models and metrics (utilization, billable hours, CSAT).
• Proficient with Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants delivering implementation and configuration of integration solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance across multiple client projects and workstreams.
• Ensure consistent application of delivery methodologies, documentation standards, and integration best practices.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for client and internal delivery issues related to integration scope and execution.
• Partner with solution consultants to align consultant deliverables with solution design.
• Monitor consultant utilization, productivity, and development; align capacity with demand.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and support career development of consultants.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership on scoping, resource planning, and pre-sales activities.
• Support QA and post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement and an innovative mindset for tools and processes to find efficiencies and automation.

As the Manager of Integrations Delivery you are responsible for leading a team of integration consultants who deliver client-facing integration services and solutions. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation of integrations while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will focus on team development, project oversight, and the continuous improvement of integration delivery standards—driving both operational excellence and client satisfaction across all engagements.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery.
  2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of consultants.
• Experience integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred.
  Experience with integration platforms and concepts (e.g., APIs, middleware, iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Celigo).
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Solid understanding of professional services delivery models and metrics (e.g., utilization, billable hours, CSAT).
• Proficient in using collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with shifting priorities.
