Job summary

KBR seeks an Installation Management Chief to oversee Base Civil Engineer and Installation Management Flight efforts, focusing on Asset Accountability, Housing Management, Environmental compliance, and energy optimization across Turkey bases. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, public administration, facilities management, environmental science, or a related field.
• Driver's license with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
• Strong computer operating knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, military leaders, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal control tools (MICT) and assist with environmental compliance assessments.
• Display working knowledge of Air Force Instructions (e.g., DAFI 32-7001, AFMAN 32-1067) and related policies.
• Manage real estate leases, assets, and facilities in line with USAF regulations.
• Lead installation processes to inform decisions on asset performance, space utilization, and costs.
• Plan work, set priorities, and ensure timely completion; conduct employee evaluations as required.
