Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation, a global leader in loading dock and door equipment, seeks a Senior Manager of Insights & Customer Experience in Milwaukee. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) leads a Center of Excellence responsible for market, customer, and competitive intelligence to inform product development, pricing, and strategy.

You will guide a cross-functional team and partner with business units and leadership to advance CX initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, market research, or related field required.
• 7-15+ years in customer/business insights, market research or CX with 5+ years in management.
• Demonstrated CX program development (CSAT, NPS/cNPS, journey mapping) in an enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Owns development and management of an annual research/insight plan across voice of customer, competitive intelligence, and market intelligence.
• Leads design and execution of research studies; advises product marketers and leaders on methodologies.
• Publishes insights to leadership and presents findings to stakeholders; coordinates with International team.
