SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. in Johnston, IA seeks a VP of Infrastructure to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our enterprise technology infrastructure.

This senior role ensures the availability, security, scalability, and performance of critical environments while driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization. You will oversee infrastructure teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and guide 24/7 operations, capacity planning, DR readiness, and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years leading technical teams in a complex technology environment.
• Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, OS, networking, virtualization, cloud, and security.
• Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical environments with uptime and security requirements.
• Budgets, investments, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations experience.
• Knowledge of information security, regulatory requirements, risk management, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for infrastructure, systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure availability, security, scalability, and performance of mission-critical environments 24/7.
• Analyze industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop plans for capacity management, lifecycle planning, modernization, staffing, and cost optimization.
• Evaluate and oversee hardware/software, security solutions, and network infrastructure.
• Establish policies and controls for security, compliance, and business continuity.
• Manage architecture, disaster recovery readiness, and operational resilience initiatives.
• Build relationships with executives, stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee budgets, investments, vendor contracts, and resource planning.
• Provide updates and strategic recommendations to leadership and the Board.
