Zipline, based in the South San Francisco area, seeks a Head of Information Security to own company-wide information security and privacy strategy. You will lead a lean, technical org spanning application, product, and corporate security, focusing on high-impact risks while building scalable controls and an operating model that grows with the company.

Competenze

• Proven senior leadership experience in a highly technical, fast-paced org with security strategy ownership.
• Software engineering foundation including production software or security systems.
• Technical depth across application, infrastructure, cloud, identity, data, and hardware security.
• Experience securing safety-critical or cyber-physical systems.
• Experience leading security incident response and threat assessment.
• Judgment balancing security with privacy, legal, safety, velocity, and business needs.

• Set security strategy, risk posture, roadmap, and investment priorities across product, infrastructure, data, and systems.
• Identify top risks and drive remediation decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Build pragmatic security tooling and processes to enable secure development.
