Job summary

Jobot seeks a Director of Product Engineering to lead the development and advancement of a sophisticated portfolio of industrial automation and measurement products. This hands-on executive will guide teams across mechanical, electrical, software, embedded systems, and test/verification through concept, development, verification, manufacturing, launch, and ongoing support.

The role requires a manufacturing-focused leader with a track record of delivering technically complex products at scale,

Qualifications

• Experience leading product engineering, R&D, or multidisciplinary teams in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of full product lifecycle from requirements to sustaining engineering.
• Proven track record developing product strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Ability to connect engineering priorities with business strategy and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, software, embedded systems, and test/verification disciplines.
• Drive product development roadmap from concept to market and sustaining engineering.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and operations to ensure design for manufacturability and quality.
• Shape technology strategy and long-term engineering roadmap with executive leadership.
