Responsibilities

• Cultivate a collaborative, high performing engineering environment across global teams.
• Drive strategic problem solving and technical innovation, advising leadership on developments affecting cost, schedule, and profitability.
• Lead IP development and technology roadmap planning to guide project prioritization.
• Manage external engineering partners and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Establish and refine engineering processes, metrics and standards for safety and design compliance.
• Complete Role Standard Work and deliver all other duties as assigned.
