You will manage multidisciplinary teams across sensors, electronics, controls, embedded software, and mechanical systems in an on-site role in Irwindale, CA.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership in manufacturing, a track record of delivering complex products, and strong strategic/product governance experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, software, embedded systems and test/verification.
• Drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and operations to ensure scalable production.
• Identify new technologies and market opportunities to strengthen the portfolio.
• Align engineering priorities with business goals and financial objectives.
