Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a senior leader to provide strategic direction for Envi’s Project Management organization, overseeing client implementations, onboarding, and operational excellence.

You will develop scalable strategies, align resources with client needs, and drive performance improvements across teams. You will mentor managers, establish KPIs, and collaborate with Vizient and Envi teams to accelerate delivery, deploy automation and AI where appropriate, and position the organization for

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• Extensive experience leading implementation and client delivery operations in complex environments.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and coaching programs.
• Strong strategic planning and scalable methodologies for service delivery.
• Experience overseeing high-risk implementations and escalations.
• Analytical and financial acumen with metrics and capacity planning.
• Ability to drive organizational change and continuous improvement.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Envi’s Project Management organization, establishing performance expectations and talent development priorities.
• Define and execute implementation strategies aligning resources with client needs and objectives.
• Standardize workflows to improve cycle times, consistency, and productivity.
• Develop onboarding and competency programs to accelerate project-manager proficiency.
• Provide executive oversight for complex client implementations and risk mitigation.
• Establish KPIs, reporting, and operational measures to track progress and outcomes.
• Leverage data to guide resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Envi and Vizient teams to streamline workflows and onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to integrate technology, automation, and AI to enhance scalability.
